We are the Association of Multicultural Scientists (AMS), a student organization based in the Carver College of Medicine dedicated to fostering connection, community, and support among scientists. Our diverse membership includes undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and research staff, all united by a shared commitment to mentorship, inclusion, and scientific excellence.

We will be hosting our 📓 Annual Comprehensive Exam Panel ✏️will take place on Thursday, February 12th from 10am-12pm in 283 Seebohm Conference Room! Feeling nervous about your upcoming comps? Not sure what to expect? Join us for our Comprehensive Exam Panel and hear firsthand advice from students who’ve excelled and PIs who share exactly what they look for during exams. Come get insider tips, ask questions, and walk away feeling more confident and prepared! Breakfast from Bruegger's will be provided!
