Design your Teaching-as-Research (TAR) study in this interactive workshop series for graduate students and postdocs. Participants will reflect on their teaching, explore evidence of student learning, and work toward CIRTL Practitioner level certification. During the series, you will develop a teaching-focused research question and design a brief study to investigate it.

Participants may choose whether to carry out their TAR study after the workshop series. For those close to graduating, and therefore unable to carry out their TAR studies, designing and proposing a project is still a valuable opportunity for reflective teaching practice. Eligibility
To earn CIRTL Practitioner level certification through this workshop series, participants must have completed the CIRTL Associate level through a teaching related course; or at least five teaching related workshops, such as CIRTL Network or Center for Teaching events.
