The Molecular Medicine Graduate Program is proud to congratulate Jen Petsche on the successful defense of her dissertation, “Electromagnetic Targeting of Metabolic Vulnerabilities in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer.”

Conducted in the laboratory of Dr. Val Sheffield in the Department of Pediatrics, Jen’s research explores innovative strategies to identify and target metabolic weaknesses in cancer, contributing valuable insight to the field of translational medicine and the ongoing effort to improve therapeutic approaches for non-small cell lung cancer.

Throughout her graduate training, Jen has demonstrated exceptional dedication, scientific curiosity, and a commitment to advancing biomedical research. Her accomplishments reflect both her individual excellence and the strength of the collaborative environment fostered by her mentor and colleagues.
